Pattern Notes: Designed to make the most of that one special skein of fingering weight yarn you love. If you happen to have more than 400 yards/365 meters and would like to knit a larger shawl, there are sections in the shawl pattern instructions that can be easily increased.
Size: The Follow Your Arrow shawl is worked down and out from the center of the top edge. The finished measurements of the shawl are 48”/121 cm wingspan along top edge and 33”/83 cm long.
Materials: The pattern calls for two skeins of Sierra Rose Alpacas Fingering Weight yarn, colorway Orion’s Silver Knight (90% alpaca, 10% silk; 200 yards/182 meters per 56 gram/2 oz skein) used for sample. Or approximately 400 yards/365 meters of a fingering weight alpaca/silk blend yarn and US size 6 (4.00 mm) 16” / 40cm circular needles and DPNs, or size needed to obtain gauge.
